If you fly to a planet with weather which should increase the price of scrap, the price will increase correctly, however if you then fly to a planet without weather then the prices for scrap will still be very high as on a planet with weather, for some reason when flying to a regular planet, the price does not return to normal, although the config states
ClearValueMultiplier = 1
As I understand it, the price of scrap is redefined after flying to a planet with a different weather, but this does not happen on a planet without weather and in the end it turns out that on a planet without weather the price multiplier for scrap is 2x

unfortunately GitHub does not accept .cfg files so I had to change the file extension to .txt when testing the config was in .cfg format
