Link under the info button for Narrative Descriptions of unique Layers

It may be worth considering the addition of links under the "info" button to a narrative description of the unique layers. For example, in the TAUDEM Projects, users may want to quickly access a description of the D-Infinity Contributing Area. Perhaps a link to the associated Model Description like this: https://geomodeling.njnu.edu.cn/modelItem/188a9334-c91b-43fe-85b7-be9a6f1f67de. This may not be needed for all layers, but my guess is that the narratives have already be written for most.
