Some stream gages discharge data is showing some strange patterns. I suspect we are not properly filtering some of the variables (i.e. temperature) from the api call. I experienced this when downloading BRAT discharge data. Should be an easy fix.

Ended up being "Ice" values in the discharge. Any non-float/int values are now set to "None" before the chart is plotted.
