Move 'Challenge' from front page to Resources

Now we have the Resources page live - please can we move Ben's article from the bottom of the Home page to the Resources page and tag it as an Article. And then remove that last 'Challenge' section from the Home page. I have a new Podcast to add to the Resources section - I can give adding it a go.
