  • Add region field to accounts so staff can set their region.
  • Add e-mail notification to staff about new submissions based on regions. Same text as in Slack notification about new submission.
  • New section for notification setting on users account page. For now only one setting, a checkbox "Receive e-mail about new submission based upon your region" (nicer/shorter version?)
