[BUG] Fix pre-generation of Business Profile pages for newly-added pages since manual generation

This issue is superseded by #374 -- Do not work on this issue for the time being. We will likely close it once #374 is completed.

Describe the bug
it would appear that any new business added to our directory since we last "pre-generated the pages" does not have a "profile page" generated for it. It appears to be all businesses on the first two pages of results up to middle of the 3rd page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go here https://www.rebuildblackbusiness.com/businesses/all
2. Click on any business and see that you get a 404
3. This behavior continues until the middle of page 3 until "Karter Media Group", which does load

Expected behavior
All business profile pages should work as soon as new businesses are added to our directory.
