Your game will instantly just crash when you select a pickaxe, shovel or axe in your hotbar when forge is not installed. This is because I am using a forge function to get the Item in the main hand.

To fix this just reinstall Labymod over the installer and select the option Forge (you need to have Forge 1.12.2 installed). Then in the launcher select Forge 1.12.2 and click Play, it should work now
