Traded pokemon still gaining boosted XP even after turning on 'Traded pokemon obey' #1008

issues in version 3.1. Pressing 'Select' on 'Traded Pokemon Obey' shows that when this setting is set to Yes, traded pokemons are not supposed to gain boosted XP, however, wonder trade pokemons are still gaining boosted xp and can be renamed regardless of whether this setting is yes or no.

forgot to mention I am using an upgraded save from version 3.0 beta. Could this be the source of problem?
