The environment.yml has conflicts

sorry to bother but got issue when installing RETA-LLM environment packages, the python version 3.8.16 conflicts with faiss-gpu 1.7.2 which requires a 3.9 or higher version of python. I think the environment.yml has to update

Just change the Python version listed in the environment.yml file to satisfy the requirement.
I've just created a PR to resolve this conflict. ( #11 )
