For each segmentation region, the system can calculate a score indicating how likely it is that there is an issue with the segmentation. Features for this score could include:

  1. Size
  2. Shape
  3. Others?
    based on statistics from previous segmentations.

This information could be used to emphasize visually in the 3D view, or to create a list view of each region, sorted by score.
