tsconfig.json not honored

In my tsconfig.json file I set noUnusedParameters to be true, but tsuquyomi is not reporting this error.

While my webpack and ts-loader is warning about these errors:

Note: I've used command :TsuquyomiReloadProject to make sure tsconfig.json is reloaded.

I'm seeing the same with "allowJs" and "checkJs".

nm - needed to add include option as well.
