Qubes OS release

Qubes OS 4.2

Brief summary

USB HID devices connected whe nstarting stage2 install will lower QubesOS security model, permitting USB HID devices (keyboard) to intereact directly with dom0

Steps to reproduce

Plug a usb keyboard or usb dongle exposing HID

Expected behavior

Documentation should specify to disconnect any unneeded USB devices prior of stage2

Actual behavior

Documentation doesn't specify to disconnect any unneded usb devices between stage1 and stage2

Additional information

PR QubesOS/qubes-doc#1448 fixes this
