Resource time warning @ big fires

Hi mate,

So i've just copied and pasted your new versions of client.lua and config.lua. I moved 1 location to Forum Dr and Franklin's first house. I let a fire loose in there, and after a while it became VERY resource heavy. I could do this before without having any issues.
