Hi!
I did a test deploy on GKE. I was able to connect all components Slicer3d -> Orthanc->MIG->MWM->MTM->argo #666
Then, I was able to upload an DICOM image set to ORTHANC, and I was able to send this to the MIG and I got the response DICOM set.
However, for all these to work, I had to setup the clinical workflow at MWM, using the API.
How/Who is supposed to setup that up? I mean, I do not expect a doctor to make a curl command... do this need to be setup for each orthanc instance? Do we need an orthanc instance for each user case? Or can this be somehow setup with one orthanc and one MWM for all use cases? I connected the slicer3d app, and I saw I can connect to one orthanc from that application. Do we expect every user would have a different slicer3d? Or do we expect users to change the orthanc configuration of slicer3d? When I saw use case, I mean segmenting lungs are a different use case than segmenting livers ...
I can not understand what you imagine, even going through your docs, I did not see how the configuration is supposed to happen or be changed.
Thanks in advance and congrats on this awesome project :)
