♻️ Refactoring plans

Describe refactoring plans to be determined.

외부 Oauth API 요청과 User를 저장하는 부분이 하나의 트랜잭션으로 통합되어 있습니다.
해당 부분을 파사드 패턴으로 분리하고, 트랜잭션에서 외부 가변 의존성을 제거합니다.
