Description

When you try to search a tag, it is searching every tags beginning by this one.
eg : If a tag is named "tutu" and another one is named "tut", if i want to search every Q&A getting the tag "tut" i will find Q&A with the tag "tutu" too

Expected behavior

If I search by a named tag, I should find every Q&A with only this tag.
