i am forced to create caches before i can run "npm run build" to get all powergrid-CSS in my css-asset-file created via vite

hi there,
i don´t really know if this is a BUG or me doing something wrong, sorry.
i described everything in a forum post at laracasts.

i never used powergrid before and specific powergrid-css was missing in my bundled CSS file generated with vite.
i found out, I FIRST have to create some laravel caches and THEN do a npm run build. ONLY THEN
the specific powergrid-css gets included in my css-asset-file.

because I never used powergrid before, I have no idea if that is "normal" or not 🤷‍♂️
because in all other projects a "composer install" + "npm run build" is enough, without
creating any caches in between.
