I think that there is a lot of information scattered across a lot of pages. I think that we have 2 options.
Projects, Talks, and Announcements are all kept on one "Meeting" page, and then we can have tabs of some kind or filters to see which one we would like. It would make the friendly URLs look like:
/meeting/date/lightning-talks
/meeting/date/project-updates
/meeting/date/announcements
Have everything be on one page during the meeting, and when a talk is marked complete (lightning talk, project update, announcement) they are archived to their respective pages.
I prefer option 2 better, and I think that if we create an API to easily access all the talk data it will be useful in future projects.
