Specifying animation easing as a function is deprecated and all support will be removed in M54, around October 2016. See http://crbug.com/601672 for details.
To make neon-animations work in M54 today, you must pull in 2.1.5 or 2.2.2 of web-animations-js ... 2.1.3 breaks neon-animations. Some part of the dependency chain must be updated...I switched to 2.2.2 since this is already packaged in bower and 2.1.5 is not >>
Please note that,
neon-animation#1.0.9 depends on web-animations-js#2.1.3 which resolved to web-animations-js#2.1.3
my-app depends on web-animations-js#^2.2.2 which resolved to web-animations-js#2.2.2
Resort to using web-animations-js#^2.2.2 which resolved to web-animations-js#2.2.2
Code incompatibilities may occur.
