Problem with Optical Marker Tracking using MMF video

Hi, I'm trying to use Plustoolkit with slicer.

I saw this video on YouTube:

I would like to do the same so I follow the instructions in this PowerPoint:

I followed the instructions in the slide till the number 53.
In this case on my computer after clicking on "launch server" and waiting the little circle in the lower right corner of the Plus server Launch window changes color from green to red.

If I try to click on it the message is this one:
