It is not 100% clear that the 1st text box labeled "Name:" in the Create Value Set dialog box refers to:
the name you would like to create for your value set (which is what it is)
vs.
the name of the term you wish to search (which the users needs to enter in the 2nd text box below)
Suggestion:
simply rename text boxes, & 1st step of search instructions:
1st txt box) 'Name:' to 'Name of Value Set:'
2nd txt box) 'Search for terms/codes:' to 'Search for terms by keyword or codes:'
1st step of instructions) 'Enter a search term for a condition, procedure or medication (e.g. 'diabetes', 'CABG', 'statin').' to 'Enter a search term for a condition, procedure or medication, either by keyword (e.g. 'diabetes', 'CABG', 'statin') or code ('250.12', etc.).'
