[E::bwa_idx_load_from_disk] fail to locate the index files

I have tried indexing the reference genome multiple times and still get the same error. Please do check and help me.
Command :
bwa mem /home/arshiya/efs/pgkb-ngs-pipeline/external_data/genome/GCA_000001405.15_GRCh38_no_alt_analysis_set.fna /home/arshiya/efs/pgkb-ngs-pipeline/test/fasta1.gz /home/arshiya/efs/pgkb-ngs-pipeline/test/fasta2.gz
