Latest GPML for pathwayPA165980050 is obsolete.
Use this instead: PA165980050-new.gpml

Note that even the updated GPML has errors that must be fixed:

  • 'Growth Factors' [id:dd499]: Extracellular nodes should not have cell specified.
  • 'Cell migration, invasion, proliferation, metastases' [id:f78a6]: Missing PharmGKB Accession ID.
  • 'Cell migration, invasion, proliferation, metastases' [id:f78a6]: BlackBox should be converted to Phenotype or Process.
  • Complex Assembly line [id:bc720] (from 'Growth Factors' [id:dd499] to 'Tyrosine kinase receptors' [id:f6e6d]): ComplexAssembly does not have additional nodes (i.e. nothing being assembled/disassembled).
  • Activation line [id:e49e8] (from 'Transcription factors' [id:c66ef] to 'Cell migration, invasion, proliferation, metastases' [id:f78a6]): Missing evidence.
