Sometimes, tables are displayed in a container with limited width or height. This leads to columns and rows that are in overlfow to only be visible when the user scrolls. We want users to be able to toggle a "full-page" state where the table is displayed at the full width and height of the viewport, taking over the whole display. This way users can see as much of the table as their physical screen can show if they maximize their window.

For example: https://www.pharmgkb.org/clinicalAnnotations with the "full-screen" button.
