[DOCS] ask Taylor to review new NMIND check achievements

This is to ask Taylor to review recent changes in BABS (mostly in docs) and to make sure more NMIND checks have been achieved.

These NMIND checks have been achieved:

Documentation Domain:

• issue (silver) Background/significance of program #149 - see PR [DOCS] achieve checks in NMIND docs domain at silver level #148
• issue (silver) Any alternative usage that is advertised is thoroughly documented #150 - see PR [DOCS] achieve checks in NMIND docs domain at silver level #148
• issue (silver) A statement of supported operating systems / environments (i.e., could be a container recipe) #151 - see PR [DOCS] achieve checks in NMIND docs domain at silver level #148

--> so all checks at Silver level in this domain are done.

Infrastructure Domain:

• issue (silver) Issue template(s) available (i.e., information requested by developers) #147 - see PR Add issue templates #130
• (silver) No excessive files included (i.e., unused files / cache; e.g., .gitignore)
  • I have cleaned up files on github, esp notebooks folder

--> so all checks at Silver level in this domain are done.

Confirmed by Taylor today (10/30/2023) that all silver checks have been done except testing.
