Hi Ted and Max, Yeah. I have codes and manual for ridge regression: https://github.com/ZaixuCui/Pattern_Regression_Clean/tree/master/Ridge; https://github.com/ZaixuCui/Pattern_Regression_Clean/wiki/Ridge-regression-manual. (Hey Max, for this code, I wrote the cross-validation and permutation myself and did not use the cross-validation from scikit-learn.) For PLS-R, I only started using it when we did the psychopathology project. I have the codes but did not have detailed manual for it: https://github.com/ZaixuCui/pncsinglefuncparcel_psychopathology/blob/main/Functions/PLSr1_CZ_Random_RegressCovariates.py. I hope these could be useful. Let me know if I can do any help here. Best wishes, Zaixu

Sorry, something went wrong.
@mb3152 do you want to me to add a high level intro on this page? https://pennlinc.github.io/docs/Tutorials/
I'm fairly sure TS will want that there
