1. HYPOTHESIS
We believe that by the end of this sprint, our staff will become proficient Pecha educators.

2. TEST
To validate this, we will test Pecha.org tools by actively engaging our staff in creating sheets and onboarding new users.

3. METRIC
We will measure success by:

• Each staff member creating at least 3 sheets.
• Each staff member onboarding at least one new user.

4. CRITERIA
We will consider the hypothesis confirmed if:

• A total of 30 sheets are created by the team.
• At least 10 new users are onboarded through the efforts of the team.
