Add thank-you page to join form for ad conversion tracking

Is it possible to make the Airtable form forward to a thank-you page upon submission?

There isn't, so let's make that!

I'll make a /welcome or /new-members page. This page should have some of the information that's now on the /organization page:

• Some links to get started
• Link to discord
• Info about the rest of the process

We could add some sort of query param for tracking, @Wituareard right?

I don't think we need to add a query param, the tag should keep track of the session itself. Good suggestions on actually making the page useful!
