Prominent "Next up" element on front page

We could add a prominent element to the front page that shows the next public thing happening within PauseAI. This cold also just be the welcome meetings or the weekly action meetings. Gives you a sense of "this org is not dead" and an immediate starting point.

Can we implement via the right view in Luma? I guess we do want the homepage to be non-dynamic given it will take the most traffic.
