Segmented line should include one waypoint by default

When adding a segmented line, it would be intuitive if it by default included one waypoint, to make the process of creating segmented lines more efficient. In the current implementation (PathVisio 3), the user has to add a waypoint manually after designating a line as as segmented, which is tedious and counter-intuitive.
