What Does This PR Do

Adds the contortionist's envirosuit, a plasmaman-friendly, plasmaman-exclusive alternative to the contortionist's jumpsuit that can only be worn by plasmamen and allows you to wear a helmet while ventcrawling.

Why It's Good For The Game

All species should have the joy of contortionist's jumpsuit. Lots of plasmamen atmos techs are denied this.

This would require security to strip a plasmaman's plasmasuit when processing them, and thus probably require Sec to have some prisoner plasmasuits in their department.

good oversight. i see it kind of like the "uncooperative vox voice modulator" conundrum, where you just have to endanger them and have medical on standby. wont security be only checking atmos envirosuits if they're confirmed to be using contortionist's or otherwise going to perma as an atmos plasmaman? this also opens up a whole new can of worms with prisoner envirosuits, which im not sure how i feel on that just yet but i think it may be necessary to have either basic or actual "prisoner" tracker-locked envirosuits in the brig for plasmaman prisoners
