Issue Description

You can window slam people in to windows which can do 10 brut when on a normal grab and up to 30 brut and broken bones on a choke grab and choke them out which will cause death

What did you expect to happen?

People which are effected by Pacify to no be able to choke me to death or break my ribs/skull on a window

What happened instead?

My bones got broken and I got choked ( I know skill issue laugh about it )

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

New players might think that the spell which the wiki states cause people to not be able to do lethal actions, allows them to do lethal actions

Get Pacify'ed by a vampire, choke them out or window slam them

When did the problem start happening?

I have seen this spell not work as it states it does for a while now

It should be the same kind of pacification you get in the ghost bar, including vendoring yourself if you try to vendor someone else.
