Issue Description

Tried emagging the cryogenic oversight console for the spare, said it denied what I tried doing, nothing else.

What did you expect to happen?

All the items to drop out

What happened instead?

Denied

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Traitors can't get stronger

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Emagged various items like geiger counter, teleporter, cargo console, recycler, then tried emagging cryogenics console

When did the problem start happening?

I believe round 43740
