Issue Description

The bridges that connect places in Diagoras and Farragus have tiles with a var of -0.3 slowdown, which make you move faster.

What did you expect to happen?

To walk the same speed I would anywhere else.

What happened instead?

I noticed I was faster, I thought my byond was bugged and messing with my game until I confirmed it in an ahelp with Qwerty.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Speed should be consistent everywhere unless using an actual mechanic to change it ingame.

since farragus and diagoras existed

before anyone says 'its not an issue' or 'its a feature blawerg' qwerty said it should be changed and feel free to make an issue report to raise awareness and so people notice so i did. don't flipping bully me ok 😢😢
