Winning Scratch Tickets Cannot Be Redeemed at an ATM

What did you expect to happen?

Logged in ATM should accept the winning ticket and increase your account balance

What happened instead?

You just thump the ATM with the card, tried different key combos too, no luck (alt+left, ctrl+left, shift+left)

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Gambling is integral to a functioning space station.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Gamble until you win and then log into an ATM and try to make the ATM accept the ticket like the winning message says, can't.
