Issue Description

There is a wall recharger under the armory shutters (x=201, y=192, z=2) and 3 wall rechargers on the wall adjacent (x=200, y=191, z=2)

What did you expect to happen?

Armory should have 2 rechargers

What happened instead?

Armory has 4 rechargers and 1 is under a shutter

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Weird mapping inconsistencies.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

Join Emerald station, see armory rechargers

When did the problem start happening?

between 1-15-2025 and 2-1-2025
