Issue Description

jetpacks currently let you travel at nearly double speed/randomly seem to teleport you.

What did you expect to happen?

normal jetpack travel.

What happened instead?

janky movement and increased space speed.

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

unintended doubling of space movement speed.

Steps to reproduce the issue.

wear any modsuit with an ion jetpack in it, normal/advanced work the same.

When did the problem start happening?

First noticed it on found 43557, 2/1/25.
