Issue Description

I was a malf engiborg, when I got hacked, my baton had no cell in it, so I couldn't use it.

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to use baton.

What happened instead?

CRUNCH prods you with the baton, but it was turned off!

There is no cell installed!

Why is this bad/What are the consequences?

Can't use the baton.

Be borg.
Malf AI
AI hacks borg.
Baton has no cell.

When did the problem start happening?

Not sure.

I couldn't reproduce it, but I found the wrong sprite and fixed it
