What Does This PR Do
This PR extends the size of test_tiny by three tiles on each side.
Why It's Good For The Game
I end up having to do this all the time when performing tests and filling out the map with items to test, it's annoying, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. Yes I could use admin testing but that's an extra step of jumping to it.
