Issue Description
If you have 5/5 loadout points used, you can no longer add more of same job-specific items until you remove some items from loadout.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
Lets say we used up all loadout points on random general items, at least one of witch was used for Beret, and try to add another Beret:
What did you expect to happen?
For said beret to be added to loadout
What happened instead?
As the item glows red, you are unable to select it.
Why is this bad/What are the consequences?
In before it used to work properly even when your loadout points are full.
Meaning you need to remove some of your normal loadouts to add more alternative job-specific ones.
