Downloads failing

Problem description

The www.astocad.com page is slow and the downloads (specifically windows build) is failing.

The windows build downloads at ~250KB/s and has failed 3 times so I haven't been able to complete the download.
(I've tested my network and have no issues with my gigabit connection)
