Bug: keyboard shortcuts and arrow movements in create new configuration modal

Describe the bug
Keyboard shortcuts and arrow movements don't work in the create new configuration modal in Tech Data Sets .

To Reproduce

1. Open Tech Data Sets in an organization
2. Click on New and then on Create Configuration
3. Type something in name
4. Press
5. Try to move with keyboard arrows

Additional context
I believe the errror with are caused by the user controls from the list. The error with the arrow keys, is likely the same as in #359.
