Issue with Convert np.array to a scalar value

Conversion from np.array to scalar is no longer supported in new numpy, so in carFactory. In my work I came across this problem and I don't want to change the numpy version due to other compatible problem.

I suggest using .item() instead of feed it into dpg.draw_polygon(drawVex, color=vcolor, fill=vcolor, parent=node) directly.
