include help for how to get labs to run on own machines (esp windows) where that's not included in the course material
and people can just add advice about the structure/labs for future years?

The windows thing will be covered (#16) because seriously why did it have to be so difficult
I'm not sure how allowed certain advice will be if it puts Oxford in a bad light, but general practical help is a great idea!
