MacOS can't find HDF5

Hi everyone,

I just tried again to install ravenpy with pip on another Mac and got another set of error messages/warnings. Thought of sharing this in case that's of interest.

I tried:

pip install ravenpy[gis]

One error is that the shared HDF5 lib is not found. HDF5 is installed on my machine. I have no idea why it is not found. Happy to provide more information if needed. Attached is the full terminal output.

@julemai Hi there, this error is a compilation problem, so I'm moving it to this repo that covers the compilation of Raven with the Python bindings.

It might be helpful to try building Raven from this repo on your Mac. I don't have access to that architecture.
