The ability to Export an individual Video Clip in a Track

Describe the solution you'd like:
Right click on a video track clip, the popup menu should show an Export or Save Clip menu option, on selecting this a save clip file dialog should appear.

Describe alternatives you have considered:
AFAICS The only alternative to cutup lots of clips is to keep reloading the the original and eraing everything else then saving clips individually
