What happened?

The tooltip has to match the mockup:

The drop shadow is not the good one
The vertical alignment of the text
Left padding to withdraw

What did you expect to happen?

Drop shadow is fix
Vertical alignment is fix
No more left offset for the tooltip

How can we reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)?

Go to the storyBook
Go to tooltip error input

On which environments the bug occurs?

Deployed Storybook

On which browser the bug occurs?

Firefox
