Feature introspector for Jakarta Data repositories

User story:
The support team needs a way to obtain information about user-defined repositories and repository methods and see the state of how the Open Liberty provider has interpreted them in order to effectively diagnose user errors and identify how to fix them. This should be possible even when trace is not enabled.

The feature introspector mechanism of the Liberty server dump can be used for this.
The Jakarta Data feature can tie into it by providing an Introspector, and from the Introspector, invoking back into DataExtension to collect each repository producer and the collection of entity and query information that goes with it, outputting it in a readable format for diagnosis by the support team or an advanced user.
