Seeing as the current help tooltips are cumbersome and prone to breaking, upgrading to this new version of the component is probably worth it. However, since v4 still works fine, this is not an urgent issue. This will also require a rewrite of how the tooltip components are created and used (although it seems the new implementation would be simpler).

As noted in #982, the
react-tooltip
package was rewritten for v5. This comes with various improvements to the component.This rewrite would also fix #889.
