Add setup for threshold on outgoing emails in bulk

On the transition page between selecting records in search results and before going to the email prep page, check the record count against a pre-set (General Setup) threshold. Recommend allowing threshold to be set between 25-500 with a default of 100.

Reasoning: reduce likelihood of issues due to email send throttling.
